Our shipping area covers the 48 contiguous United States. Orders ship from Texas.

$50 or more: Free shipping
Under $50: $8 shipping

The threshold is based on your merchandise total after discounts and before tax.

Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and international destinations are outside this shipping area.

Saving a bag does not place an order or reserve stock.

02 / Returns

Returns & refunds

Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags intact.

For ordinary returns, you pay the return shipping cost. If we sent the wrong item or there is a quality issue, we cover the return shipping cost.

For an eligible return, the item refund is based on that item’s share of the amount originally paid, after discounts.

If your order included a pajama offer, we use the original discount allocation for each returned item. Items you keep are not repriced.

Common questions

How does the pajama offer work?

Mix and match the Classic Bamboo Pajama Set (YA2321) and Classic Modal Pajama Set (YA2322), each $35. For every three eligible sets, the lowest-priced set is free. Six eligible sets receive two free sets.

Three sets total $70 after the offer; six total $140, before tax. Both qualify for free shipping within our shipping area.

Does free shipping apply before or after discounts?

After discounts and before tax. A merchandise total of $50 or more qualifies for free shipping; below $50, shipping is $8.

Will a return change the price of the items I keep?

No. For an eligible return, we refund the returned item’s original allocated paid amount without recalculating prices for items you keep.
